Yet another [erka:es] update!

I always know that when WOMI posts an entry, it'll usually be about art or music that he likes, and in this case, I'm right on both fronts. Featured in the latest blog entry is a new picture of Schirach Fühler from RKSF. Seems he's enjoying his tablet. I've noticed that he hasn't updated his own website with new drawings since August of last year. I wonder why...

  1. That is one sexy Schirach. Her clothing seems to be Gothic indeed if you ask me.

  2. Seems like another interresting character...

    I focused more about Eifer, so I quite forgot about her.... We don't even know wen she'll actually fight in the game.

    But, what's with the "Rafael Nadal style" a.k.a. tennis-racket shape of her Lichtfaust ? T_T

  3. Is it me, or does Schirach's boobs seem to be bigger than Sichte's... |||.|||;;

  4. up until now we still can't figure out what weapon does schirach use? it looks similar to a hammer to me

  5. Well the RKS fanon site suggested that it might just as easily be a scythe.

    Anyway, has anyone ever thought about translating the story for RKSFS? You can find it here.

  6. It's a hammer. Also, the story of RKSF is basically that a few months have passed since the events of RKS, and the Church has started witch-hunting Magi. In addition, there's now a group of Dark Magi that have some mysterious agenda. Until the game is released, we're pretty much left in the dark for the most part.

  7. Dark Magi, you say?

    I am intrigued.

  8. You could be (almost :-P) sure that these "Dark Magi", include Schirach, Leicht/Rink, Dolis, Eifer and Pamela at least...

  9. I just drew Schirach. http://superjustinbros.deviantart.com/art/RKS-Schirach-Fuhler-120813800

  10. I didn't give Schirach much thought past my initial impression of her. Mainly because I can't say her name, their was so little info and I'd decided Eifer would be my fav. But this new pic looks great, she has an absolutely fantastic rack and this revelation about the dark magi and witch hunters has me speculating on her role.

    To me, she looks more like a witch hunter than a dark magi. Tho maybe that's because I'm a Nitro+ fan and they taught me that to properly kill unholy things you use a giant fuckoff hammer.

  11. Ooh, Dark Magi XD I, too, am intrigued. Witch hunters makes me want to keep track of this game more.

    And about Dolis, I don't think she's a Dark Magi. Seeing that she is on the character select screen with the returning RKS bosses, I think she may actually be a member of RKS... possibly being of some spy troops unit.

  12. The chest, the chest...

    Well, at least they make Sichte look small, so I can ship her better with Grolla without feeling like a total loserfangirl

  13. I believe 2ch is saying that Sichte's are still bigger.

  14. Chest-battle again ! ^_^;

    But Schirach's got big... chances (what were you expecting ? :-P) to win this.

    There is a "erka:es bust-up mania" recently, maybe it's too much. Poor Freudia, and even poorer superflat Luste, that's their failure T_T

    Yeah, Dolis is now part of the "Initial Eight", so maybe she has joined as the "RKS10", you've got a point.

  15. Dark Magi? Witch Hunters? Sichte in a skimpy outfit? Luste dressed up like Proto Man (aka Blues)? Spiritia is now 20% more moé?
    Something tells me that RosenkreuzStilette Freudenstachel is going to be epic.

    @Letty:
    You got a point there. I compared Sichte's and Schirach's boobs (O.o;;) and Sichte's seem to be slightly bigger....

    @Killing_Doll:
    I dunno about you, I think Luste's flatness is awesome! :D

    @Macha:
    ... Were you talking about Grolla/Sichte Yuri? O-o; I guess I'm not the only one...

    ReplyDelete
  16. Isn't Sichte/Grolla pretty much canon anyway?

    ReplyDelete
  17. As awesome as Schirach is, RKS needs moar Lecht/Rink. That is all.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Why you gotta shoot down all my theories, Letty.

  19. ViperAcid> Totally, mostly because she's so fun to fight with ! FlatWoman rulezzzz !! :-P

    Sichte/Grolla's relationship again, that's always fun talks. In some recent Reisenmell's videos on Youtube, they're refered as wife and... wife, actually.
    Which one of them is the "man" ? ^_^;

    Grolla for me, definitely :D

  20. Being more of a leg man myself, my eyes were drawn to her leather thighhighs rather than her chest. Either way, though, she is quite stacked. It doesn't matter to me whose is bigger.

    No, no, no. Sichte and Grolla are not lovers. Grolla is Sichte's devoted friend and follower. If you wish to interpret *that* in a creepy, Waylon Smithers kind of way, fine. At least that one'd have some semblance of legitimate backing. I had to deal with enough extra-canonical sexual tension in the last project I was heading, so forgive me if tolerance for this kind of speculation is gradually reaching nil.

    I wonder how many people have noticed that Eifer isn't wearing any pants...

  21. >I wonder how many people have noticed that Eifer isn't wearing any pants...

    It was said by the artist himself that she does wear panties, just that they're "flesh-colored."

  22. "If you wish to interpret *that* in a creepy"

    I don't think lovers who happened to be friends are creepy.
    Not even if (zomg!) lesbian.

    Sorry ;P

    Quite simply, from her dialogue it can easily go both ways, which makes this a perfectly legitimate intrepetation. One you don't have to share, of course. But it's rather silly to act high and mighty about it.

  25. Bah. Blogger's login mangled my comment. Let's try this again:

    I guess this is another of those instances where my intended tone of voice got misinterpreted. I'm sure this wouldn't have happened if we were speaking face-to-face, but I guess I should have been more careful, too.

    Anyway, I wasn't trying to sound arrogant, condescending, or homophobic; I'm just annoyed that so many people I've encountered online and in real life like to shoehorn their own fantasies into a work and claim that the source material completely justifies their theories (which, to be quite honest, often sound much like a poorly-written fanfic). Take, for instance, "official proof" that X and Zero are supposed to be gay. They're just really good friends in my eyes, but some people refuse to be quiet until they can convince me otherwise.

    Sorry if I sound a little riled up - like I said before, I've had some very bad experiences with people like this. Frankly, I have no problems with gay characters. I've tried (quite unsuccessfully) to convince my friends to check out Junjo Romantica and Gravitation (excellent shows, if you ask me). I just don't like "wishful thinking" being passed off as fact, regardless of what it entails (ie: people insisting that Zero is Protoman mk-II, or, worse, "Zeta-Roll").

    Macha, are we cool?

  26. Oh, heyya, Letty. That was pretty odd -- I was trying to preview a message without having signed in, but it got posted the moment I logged in. This isn't the first time that's happened. Since there's no edit button, I deleted then reposted my message with some minor editing.

  27. One more thing: I think I should have made my use of the word "creepy" a little more clear. There's nothing wrong with Grolla and Sichte's relationship. I was trying to make a pre-emptive jab at those who would twist the words "devoted follower" to mean "manic stalker who's just really polite in public". It happens a lot in anime. Terrible example in recent history: A Certain Magical Index (To Aru Majutsu no Index).

  28. I don't know the japanese, so I can't say one way or the other but I'm one of those types who tends to insert yuri where there's only friendship. Tho I recognize it's just my drooling opinion and not that of the creators. I have my own stories and I'm fully aware that when my first project is done people will pair everyone with everyone else, regardless of age, gender, species, size or sentience.

    It's just fun to assume they're lovers in the background.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Heheheh. I'm not trying to ruin your fun, Dragnfly. As long as you and anyone that shares your mindset acknowledges the line where the original author's vision ends and your own begins, I'm fine with it. You won't ever see me complaining about doujin side-stories; just people who insist such stories are canon. Which, in my experience, is quite a lot of them, actually...

    ...Tanin, I was pointing out that Eifer's legs were clearly visible despite the oversized winter coat. Why you read "panties" when I said "pants", I can only guess. :-P

  30. You know, this talk about "Witch Hunters" got me thinking. Its just a theory, but could the plot of Freudenstachel be like... *gasp* Mega Man X2?! D:
